Computer Repair

Texas A&M Information Technology provides computer repair service for university-owned computers, printers and peripherals. We are an authorized warranty service provider for Dell, Apple and HP university-owned computers. We also offer extended warranty contracts on most university-owned equipment.

Extended Warranty Plans - Available for most university-owned equipment. Include priority service and pickup/delivery service. Note: We do not offer extended warranty contracts for personally owned equipment. Contact the equipment vendor or manufacturer for these services. Learn more at the Extended Warranty page.

Rechargeable Battery Recycling - Drop off rechargeable batteries for recycling.

To request repair of university-owned equipment, complete the online form, call 979.845.8591 or email pcrepair@tamu.edu.

Note: Students, faculty and staff can also take advantage of warranty service for personally-owned Dell or Apple (not HP) computers through Help Desk Repair. Please call 979.845.8300 or email helpdesk@tamu.edu for assistance.
