Help Desk Repair provides hardware and connectivity services for current students, and active or retired faculty and staff of Texas A&M University.
Note: When requesting services, please be prepared to present your TAMU ID.
Students, faculty and staff with personally owned Dell or Apple computers under warranty can have their machines repaired through Help Desk Repair, instead of the manufacturer. Please call Help Desk Repair at 979.845.8300 for assistance.
Note: Texas A&M Information Technology's Computer Repair is the warranty service provider, but personally owned computers must be handled through Help Desk Repair. Please do not contact Computer Repair directly.
