Microsoft Software

Texas A&M's agreement with Microsoft allows departments to purchase annual licenses for many of Microsoft's most popular products based on their Full Time Equivalent (FTE) count. Departments must submit order forms during the annual enrollment period, which usually occurs in late April.

Also, some Microsoft software can be purchased at significantly discounted prices for personal use by registered students and some faculty and staff.

Note: Departments determine their participation in providing discounted software for personal use by employees.
