*2013 MCDC unscheduled outage was limited to a partial network outage due to the failure of a power breaker that fed power to a PDU. Power to the impacted network hardware was restored in less than two hours.

**2018 MCDC unscheduled outage was limited to the failure of UPS-A. The MCDC has two UPSs, prior to this outage Technology Services had added additional UPS capacity to UPS-B but an additional PDU required to supply circuits in the MCDC was scheduled but had not been completed.  Since this outage a new PDU has been installed and A and B power is available for all systems in MCDC.

***2019 MCDC UPS-A Unscheduled Downtime occurred when several capacitors failed during a power failure. Systems that were waiting on scheduled maintenance windows to migrated  their power connections to the provided UPS-B connections loss power.

****2020 MCDC UPS-A Unscheduled Downtime was due to a previously unidentified neutral requirement for a non-critical load. The actual outage was limit to the few systems that only have one power feed. At the time of the incident power was run to the these systems from UPS-B. The actual outage was less than three hours, and the UPS-A system downtime was approximately 21 hours.
