BAA and Contracts

A Business Associate Agreement is in place with Microsoft for resources obtained through AIP.

A master contract is in place for consolidated billing of resources through the Aggie Innovation Platform. Each month, Microsoft will invoice AIP, who then bills the same amount to the account provided at setup, there are no additional fees added by AIP.
