Overview

Texas A&M Health phone services are provided through Cisco Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). Cisco VoIP features advanced self-service options such as call forwarding and voicemail. Texas A&M Health has a separate phone system from Texas A&M University.

Note: You will need to set up these features before leaving your workspace.

Getting Started

MyPhone – Manage your contacts and phone settings (on campus or VPN only) at myphone.tamhsc.edu.

Voicemail – Access your voicemail and reset your PIN (on campus or VPN only) at hsc-rr-unity-1.voip.tamhsc.edu/inbox. If you are located at the Dallas TAMU-Health facilities, go to hsc-dcef-unity-1.voip.tamhsc.edu/inbox.

Note: You must first connect through the Texas A&M Health VPN to access these Cisco VoIP phone systems if you are not on campus.
