The division supports and protects over $1.13 billion research efforts, including traditional research and federal grants for both classified and unclassified work. Streamlined cloud offerings include the Aggie Innovation Platform (AIP), Aggie Cloud and Secure Technologies for Aggie Researchers (STAR).

The division is currently designing a Next-Generation Aggie Network to provide a modern, resilient, and secure research and education network to better meet future demands of researchers and campus members.

Each month, the division protects an average of 170,000 email accounts, inspects over 240 million emails, thwarts 23.5 billion cyber and malware attacks, and blocks over 28 million viruses. The Division oversees management of almost 75,000 endpoints and maintains 8,000 wireless access points.

Identity/Access Management (IAM) Engineer

The IT Enterprise Architect is responsible for technical design, implementation, and operational support across University Directory Services, SSO infrastructure. The Identity/Access Management (IAM) Engineer will be responsible for contributing and leading the redesign of Active Directory and our identity system. The IT Enterprise Architect will produce enterprise-level designs for secure and robust Active Directory and Identity systems for all university initiatives, leading projects through implementation via collaboration with all IT, security, and support teams.

Website Development Manager (UI/UX)

As the Website Development Manager (UI/UX), you will lead front-end web development, user-interface design, user experience and oversee the web presence of all Division of IT websites. You will manage a team of web developers, assist with coding and design, and report to the Director of Product Strategy & Communications. Microsoft 365 Adoption Specialist

As a Microsoft Adoptions Specialist, you will ensure M365 enterprise technology is fully utilized by supporting end user ticket resolution and collaborating with engineers for complex and non-routine solutions. Chief Network Engineer
