The woodwork and open design of Texas A&M University's renovated Help Desk Central building are featured in the Winter 2019 issue of Design Solutions magazine.

The official journal of the Architectural Woodwork Institute (AWI) trade association, the magazine details the innovative woodwork and linear lighting throughout the Division of Information Technology facilities.

Opened in 2017, the renovated facility features woodwork fabricated and installed by Keystone Millwork, an AWI member firm in Bryan. Arkitex Studio, also located in Bryan, was contracted to design and renovate the facility.

"We are honored to be featured in Design Solutions," said M. Dee Childs, Vice President for IT and Chief Information Officer. "We wanted this facility to be modern and high-tech, but inviting as well. So it's nice to see that those efforts are recognized and appreciated."
