Your first semester on a new campus can be stressful and, though you have done your best to be as prepared as possible, sometimes your technology just isn’t on your side. 


Did you forget to print your homework? Are you having tech issues? The Division of Information Technology offers an array of services accessible on and off campus to make your semesters at Texas A&M as seamless as possible.


Help Desk Central 

Conveniently located near the Commons, Help Desk Central can assist you in all your IT needs. Available 24/7 by phone, email or live chat, HDC is an important resource for resolving tech issues to assure you can succeed in your classes! 


Open Access Labs (OAL) and Aggie Print 

Conveniently located all over campus, Open Access Labs provide students with a wide range of computers, scanners, printing and software. In addition to these labs, students are also given $30 printing credit every semester making it more accessible to print at every OAL location. LinkedIn Learning  

As a Texas A&M student, you get access to LinkedIn Learning video training that can assist in broadening your resume.  Learn how to dominate Excel, create a killer presentation and much more at linkedinlearning.tamu.edu all you need is your NetID to begin learning new skills.


Zoom

Group projects can be a struggle when group members can never pick a meeting time. Zoom offers videoconferencing and many other features, including screen sharing, whiteboarding and more. All students at Texas A&M can access Zoom with your NetID login. 


Software Store 

No matter your major, during your time at Texas A&M, it’s likely you’ll need to download some software to pass those classes. Get Camtasia, Matlab, Office, SolidWorks, Windows 10, Mathematica, Chem Office and more at Software.tamu.edu for discounted rates.
