Serge Razafindrakoto serves as the Director of Statewide Client Services at Texas A&M University. Serge holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from LSU. He has over 20 years of experience in customer service, telecommunications, project management and strategic & tactical network planning.

In his role, Serge manages Help Desk Central, the Software Center and Endpoint Support. Prior to joining Texas A&M, he was the Assistant Director of Unified Applications at Louisiana State University where he completed many high profile projects and managed the university-wide telecommunications system.

As Director of Statewide Client Services, Serge is implementing policies and procedures to facilitate a quality customer service experience in all areas of the Division of IT. He is currently assisting the division in their digital business transformation.
