Resources

Password Recovery

Password Recovery allows you to reset your NetID password on your own, if you forget it. Simply provide a recovery email address or mobile phone number in advance. Then, if you forget your password, a temporary, one-time-use password is sent to you to log in and reset your password. If this feature is not set up in advance, you must contact Help Desk Central to reset a forgotten password.

To learn how to set up this service, visit the Setting Up Password Recovery page in the Knowledge Base.
