Rules and Conditions

"The Aggie Cybersecurity Circus" is open to anyone; however only current Texas A&M University students and employees can receive coupons and qualify for prizes.

Grand Prize

Players who complete four online carnival games will be entered into the grand prize drawing for a laptop computer from 12th Man Technology. The winner will be randomly selected on Monday, October 28, 2019 and will be notified by email. The name of the winner will be posted on IT.tamu.edu. All decisions are final. No substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed.

Students: University rules require the Division of IT to report student prizes to the Office of Scholarships and Student Financial Aid for their records.

Employees: The Division of IT must submit a Tax Withholding on Non-Salary Compensation Items to the Financial Management Office for any prizes awarded to Texas A&M employees. If you win the grand prize, you will have to pay tax on that item. The taxes will be automatically withdrawn from your paycheck.

Employees and student workers of the Division of Information Technology are excluded from prize eligibility.

Coupons

Upon completion of three online carnival games, eligible participants can choose a free coupon for either a.) a 5 oz. frozen yogurt from Swirls, b.) a free iced coffee or iced tea from Blue Baker, or c.) a free "Freebird" sized burrito from Freebirds.

Burrito is freebird size or smaller. Extras such as queso, guacamole, extra meat and extra cheese are not included. Cannot be substituted for bowls or salads.

All coupons have limited quantities available, and once the allotted number of coupons are claimed, they will be unavailable. Coupon totals include 2,500 5 oz. frozen yogurts from Swirls, 2,500 burritos from Freebirds, and 2,500 iced coffees or iced teas from Blue Baker. Coupons must be used on or before November 4, 2019. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers and have no cash value. Play as many times as you wish, however coupons will only be awarded the first time you complete the game.
