Guest Accounts

A sponsoring department may request a guest NetID or Guest NetID by filling out and submitting the NetID Account Request Form or the Guest NetID Account Request Form.

The Identity Management Office will set up the account and notify the campus sponsor once the guest can activate the account.

Guests issued a full-service NetID account will activate it at Gateway.tamu.edu. Guests issued a Guest NetID account will activate it at https://gateway.tamu.edu/account-activate/guests/.
