A discipline and a role within an organization developed from the ITIL Framework to stimulate, surface and shape business demand for a provider’s products and services and ensure that the potential business value from those products and services is captured, optimized and communicated.

Why have BRM at Texas A&M IT?
The BRM Team is dedicated to achieving the highest value possible for services provided to customers. The BRM team will be an advocate for the customer and for TAMU IT, improve communications between IT and customers, and increase awareness of Texas A&M IT services.

What does BRM not do?
Replace existing relationships with customers, get involved in daily operations or manage services being delivered.
