Overview

RoomTraq is a service for reserving classrooms, conference rooms and many shared spaces throughout Texas A&M Health. You can specify cities, buildings and individual rooms to reserve for meetings, classes, labs or special events.

RoomTraq is also used to create videoconference sessions with rooms in other TAMU-Health locations through either Zoom or existing videoconference equipment.

Getting Started

Visit roomtraq.tamhsc.edu to start using RoomTraq. Log in with your HSCID and password (this is different from your NetID). Alternatively, you may browse RoomTraq as a guest, which allows you to see publicly available information.
