Technology Services will decommission the Texas A&M Health Qualtrics survey service (tamuhsc.qualtrics.com) on September 9, 2022, and will exclusively use the TAMU Qualtrics system (qualtrics.tamu.edu).

You asked, and we listened. During the 2021 IT Strategic Planning Series, we received important feedback about minimizing the use of duplicate IT services offered by both TAMU and TAMU-Health. Further, the importance of using a single ID—the TAMU NetID—was imperative to simplify the academic, research and clinical experience when accessing information resources. This announcement represents one of many commitments to simplifying and improving the technology experience for TAMU-Health students, faculty, staff and clinicians.

The Texas A&M Health Qualtrics system is duplicative of the university's Qualtrics system at qualtrics.tamu.edu. The TAMHSC Qualtrics system also lacks the ability to use the TAMU NetID and NetID password. Consolidation will provide a single system for shared collaborations with colleagues throughout the university, thereby facilitating improved survey and research partnerships among departments.

In preparation for this transition, anyone who uses the TAMHSC Qualtrics system should finalize all ongoing, active survey projects before September 9, 2022. Account holders of the TAMHSC Qualtrics system will also receive separate announcements with further details about options for managing surveys and response data.
