In addition to email and phone technical assistance 24 hours a day, seven days a week, Texas A&M's Help Desk Central (HDC) has new hours campus members can drop in for support.

Located in the Computing Services Center, across from Central Campus Parking Garage, the HDC is open 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m.-7 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. The HDC will be closed on weekends over the summer, but will have extended hours at the beginning of the fall and spring semesters.

Texas A&M students and employees can chat live with an HDC team member at hdc.tamu.edu from 8 a.m.-midnight each day. Phone assistance is always available at 979.845.8300 and the HDC can be emailed at helpdesk@tamu.edu.
