Word

Improve your reading experience: Working on a long paper or project that's wearing out your eyes? You can now adjust text spacing (the space between letters), column width and page color.

Read-Aloud: Always need someone to read your paper back to you before you hit submit? The Read-Aloud feature reads your document as each word is highlighted.

Focus Mode: Be proactive in eliminating distractions by working in focus mode. The page you're working on will fill the screen, hiding all toolbars and reducing screen clutter. You can also change the "background" appearance (the space behind your document) to help your document stay "easy on the eyes."

Draw or write in your document with a touch-enabled device: You can customize the thickness and texture of the pen and choose from 16 different colors and eight different effects including Lava, Ocean and Rose Gold.

• You can even tilt your finger, pen or stylus to get the same "shading" effect you would with a real pencil.
• This feature is also available in Excel, Powerpoint and Visio.

PowerPoint

Zoom: Create a Zoom in PowerPoint to jump to specific slides in your presentation in any order. Summary Zoom, Slide Zoom and Section Zoom are all tools you can use to organize and move around your presentation.

• Create animated presentations with movements between slides with the easy-to-use Morph Create the appearance of movement in text, shapes, charts, etc.

Use your pen as a clicker: If you have a digital pen that supports Bluetooth, you can roam up to 30 feet away from your computer while using your pen as a clicker to advance your slides.

3D Models: You can now easily insert 3D models and rotate them 360 degrees to add impact and emphasis to your presentations! This feature is also available in Word, Excel and Outlook

Excel

Map and Funnel Charts: Create engaging presentations by using a Map Chart to compare data across geographical regions and a Funnel Chart to compare values across multiple stages in a process.

Precision Selecting: Oh the inconvenience of highlighting too many cells or the wrong ones and constantly having to start over. With this new feature, you can deselect cells without having to start from scratch.

New Themes: You can now choose between the Colorful, Dark Gray and White themes in Excel -- whichever best fits your aesthetic.

Outlook

Visuals: Insert icons and Scalable Vector Graphics (SVGs) into your email. Rotate, resize and change the color of your graphic with no loss of quality. This feature is also available in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

System Requirements:

PC users must have Windows 10 for Office 2019 as Microsoft will not support older versions of Windows.

Mac users must have one of the three latest versions of macOS: MacOS Sierra (10.12), High Sierra (10.13), or Mojave (10.14).
