Free Electronic and Information Resource (EIR) Accessibility training is now available to all state employees thanks to the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) and Access University from Level Access.

EIR developed, used or procured by institutions of higher education must be compliant with statewide EIR Accessibility standards to ensure access for individuals of all abilities. Level Access supports this through Access University role-based training with an accessibility awareness course, along with specialized training for a number of job types, including:

• Developers

• Designers

• Engineers and specialists

• Content authors

• Marketing/communications

• Procurement staff

• Managers

• HR
