The Division of Information Technology will change the name and SSID of Texas A&M's wireless internet from tamulink-wpa to TAMU_WiFi on May 13. This change mirrors the name of our other wireless option (TAMU_Visitor) and provides clarity as many were confused by the outdated term "WPA."

 

On May 13, you will see the option to connect to TAMU_WiFi from your wireless devices. Once selected, log in with your NetID and password as usual. You can continue using tamulink-wpa through June 13 as both options will remain available. 

 

Eduroam will not be affected by this change and will remain a wireless option.
