Priya Karthick, an Enterprise IT Technologist at Texas A&M University, has been honored with the 2024 President’s Meritorious Service Award. This prestigious award recognizes staff who exemplify the Aggie Core Values of Excellence, Integrity, Leadership, Loyalty, Respect and Selfless Service.

Beyond her technical expertise, Karthick invests time in understanding intricate business processes to ensure that Laserfiche solutions maximize efficiency. Her patience and guidance in challenging situations set her apart. Notably, during a recent server migration involving multiple IT groups, Karthick provided precise guidance and swift troubleshooting.

Karthick also leads Laserfiche process improvement across the university. She organizes monthly Laserfiche Community of Practice sessions, fostering knowledge exchange among users. Her advocacy extends to scholarships for the annual Laserfiche Empower conference.

Recently, Karthick trained two new Laserfiche developers, ensuring their rapid productivity. Her pursuit of excellence earned her the highest certification level for Laserfiche — Platinum Level. She remains up-to-date with the latest features, always considering how they can enhance the user experience for the university community.
