Starting September 17, 2024, Adobe Sign users will experience a revamped “Send” experience designed to streamline the eSignature process. The new sending experience will become the default for all users, enhancing efficiency and ease of use through an updated interface and optimized feature access.
Key Features of the New Send Experience:
- Streamlined Interface: The new layout offers a more intuitive flow for creating agreements, making the process quicker and easier.
- Optimized Feature Access: Frequently used features are prominently displayed, with all agreement settings still easily accessible, allowing for a more efficient setup.
- Enhanced Form Fields: The updated experience includes color-coded form fields for each recipient, simplifying the assignment and management of fields.
Users eager to try the new experience before it officially launches can switch by clicking “Switch to new experience” from the Send page.
Implementation Timeline:
- September 17, 2024: The new Send experience will become the default.
- September 17 - November 11, 2024: The classic Send page will still be available as an alternative.
- November 12, 2024: The classic Send experience will be retired.
