The information resource owner is responsible for determining alternate communications protocols within a Contingency Plan. The intended audience is information resource owners and custodians of high or moderate impact University information resources.

The information resource owner shall identify alternative communications protocols in support of maintaining continuity of operations, based on risk management decisions.
