The Texas A&M University System and Texas A&M University Division of Information Technology are working together to streamline contract management for shared System-wide IT services. Streamlining contract management reduces the overall time spent managing contracts and creates economies of scale for financial savings. 

Most recently, The Texas A&M University System renegotiated the Cisco Duo contract resulting in savings of $120,000 over the next three years. 

The A&M System’s Security Operations Center will work collaboratively with the Texas A&M Division of IT to deliver Duo services to A&M System members.

Cisco Duo Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of security to Texas A&M NetID accounts and applications. Duo provides a simple, effective way to verify that users are who they say they are.
