Microsoft 365 has a lot to offer – especially if you know how to use all the apps and features properly. Fortunately, the Division of Information Technology now provides customized Microsoft 365 training courses to teams across campus. 

The Retirement Planning group recently met with one of Texas A&M’s in-house Microsoft 365 experts, Denise Cole, for a demo of Microsoft Bookings.The team has now fully adopted the app and built a Bookings site for their team.

“We are very excited to see how Bookings will make the process of retirement meetings so much easier!” stated Assistant Director of Human Resources, Karen Hentschel.

Word is getting around! As a result of this successful training kick-off, Denise is already scheduled to meet with several other teams on campus for consultations and customized training.
