With Duo, Texas A&M NetID accounts get an extra layer of protection. With just a few simple steps, you can keep your NetID guarded and out of danger! Remember, this is required to access most Texas A&M services including SSO, Canvas, Workday and more.
How to Enroll
- Download the Duo app on any device (mobile phone is suggested).
- Connect your NetID.
- Log on to your NetID from any device, and a verification will be sent through the Duo system to ensure it is you logging in.
If something unexpected happens to your mobile device, Duo has a feature to enroll a secondary device within seconds. Always be prepared in case you accidentally leave your mobile device at home or it runs out of battery. To ensure you always have access to your Texas A&M NetID, it is extremely crucial to enroll a secondary device. Additionally, the Duo mobile app gives users access to information regarding login attempts, including time, location and platform. Not only does the Duo app keep your account protected, it provides you information on each login attempt.
