Texas A&M provides Microsoft 365 to students, faculty, and staff of the university belonging to system parts 02,09,10,23, and 28 for no cost.
Request
To access your Microsoft 365 account:
- Go to https://microsoft365.tamu.edu. You will be redirected to a Microsoft Login screen with the Texas A&M logo at the top.
- Enter your NetID@tamu.edu email address and click next.
- Enter your NetID password.
- Complete the login by selecting the DUO 2-factor Authentication method of your choice.
- You will then be taken to the Microsoft 365 home page. From this page, you will be able to access Microsoft 365 apps.
Service Details
Microsoft 365 allows you to use the latest Microsoft Office apps online. If you prefer to work offline, you can download Microsoft 365 Apps - a full version of Office that runs directly on your computer!

How can I check how much space is left in my university Office 365 OneDrive:
- Login to your OneDrive Account
- Click on the OneDrive icon
- Click the gear icon in the upper right corner
- Click on OneDrive Settings
- Click More Settings
- Click Storage Metrics
The amount of storage you have remaining is shown in the top right of the page.
