Overview
Texas A&M University is subject to both internal and external regulation relating to the use of Texas A&M and state information technology resources. Rules and Standard Administrative Procedures (SAPs) for information technology concerns provide processes for implementing Texas A&M Policies and Regulations.
The Division of IT initiates and coordinates IT Policy for Texas A&M by preparing information technology Rules and SAPs. We work closely with the IT Advisory Committee for policy review, and communicate to IT professionals about policy at IT Forum.
