IT Alerts provides a list of outages, degradations and maintenance scheduled for technology services at Texas A&M. This communication mechanism alerts the campus about the following:

  • Outages - unplanned event causing an interruption of a service.
  • Degradation - unplanned event causing a reduction in the quality of a service.
  • Planned maintenance - necessary scheduled outage or disruption for support or upgrade of a service.

Subscribe to Enterprise IT Alerts

Texas A&M students and employees can sign up to receive text message alerts about critical campus technology services like the campus internet, email, Canvas, Howdy, CAS or the campus data centers.

Subscribe to Enterprise IT Alerts with the following steps: 

  1. Log in to Enterprise IT Alerts.
  2. Click “Subscribe.”
  3. Add a mobile phone number for text alerts.
